The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Vedsnix Hotel & Resort. The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of our website and services.
All reservations at Vedsnix Hotel & Resort are subject to availability and we reserve the right to decline any reservation request.
To secure a reservation, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. Depending on the rate plan selected, full or partial prepayment may be required.
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out time is until 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
Valid identification (passport, government-issued ID) is required at check-in. Failure to provide valid identification may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.
Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate plan and room type selected. Please refer to your booking confirmation for the specific cancellation policy applicable to your reservation.
In general, cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the arrival date may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
We accept payment by major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, and bank transfers for advance payments. Cash payments are accepted for services rendered during your stay.
All charges are in USD unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to pre-authorize your credit card prior to arrival.
Additional charges for services used during your stay (such as room service, minibar, spa services) will be charged to your account and are payable upon check-out.
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner at all times and to comply with any reasonable request from hotel management and staff.
Vedsnix Hotel & Resort reserves the right to refuse service or accommodation to any person who, in the opinion of the hotel, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who is behaving in a disorderly, threatening, or abusive manner.
Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay and will be charged for repairs, replacements, or special cleaning necessary.
Vedsnix Hotel & Resort maintains a non-smoking policy in all indoor areas, including guest rooms, restaurants, and public spaces. Designated smoking areas are provided outdoors. Violation of this policy will result in a deep cleaning fee of $250.
We welcome well-behaved pets in designated pet-friendly rooms only, subject to a cleaning fee. Service animals are exempt from this fee. Please inform the hotel in advance if you will be traveling with a pet.
Vedsnix Hotel & Resort is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the in-room safes provided for valuables.
The hotel's liability for any claim, including but not limited to claims for loss, injury, or damages, is limited to the total amount paid for the accommodation.
Vedsnix Hotel & Resort is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Information about our guests is handled with the utmost respect for privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
All content on the Vedsnix Hotel & Resort website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Vedsnix Hotel & Resort and is protected by international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
Vedsnix Hotel & Resort reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Your continued use of our services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
